F&Q1 : WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME FOR A JOB?
Delivery of your wedding invitations is generally about 2 weeks from artwork approval, but production times may vary according to the quantity of stationery required.
F&Q2 : WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
At sample creation, you will be quoted for all your stationery. Once artwork is approved, payment is required in full to commence production. Should you want us to post your sample, the Artwork to Sample Creation fee will need to be put down as a non-refundable deposit, in addition to the delivery cost.
F&Q3 : IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
A minimum of 20 units is preferred – Our Artwork to Sample Creation fee is applicable regardless of the quantity and thereafter the unit cost applies. Understand that where foil or acrylic techniques are employed, the setups warrant a minimum quantity of at least 20 units.
F&Q4 : DO YOU HAVE A POLICY ON RUSH JOBS?
Yes, a surcharge will be levied on rush jobs and is dependant on the quantity required and current production schedules.
F&Q5 : CAN I WHATSAPP YOU THE INFORMATION?
No, all artwork and content must be supplied by email, to ensure the running log of all correspondence appears in one place.
F&Q6 : DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE?
We don’t have a catalogue, however if you brief us on your requirements, I’m sure we will be able to offer you some suggestions. Peruse the gallery and identify any samples you like and we can go from there.
F&Q7 : CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN ART WORK?
Fuchsia Designs is a full service agency. We don't provide printing or finishing as standalone services. Usually some or all elements of any supplied artwork is recreated before it can be used.
F&Q8 : WHERE ARE YOUR STUDIOS WE WOULD LIKE TO POP IN?
Our studio is available for collections only. Meetings are by appointment, and are usually arranged at a nearby coffee shop. Alternatively we are also happy to liaise over email.
